Landscape Designer, Frank Eddy, located in San Francisco California, creates beautiful and aesthetic landscape designs. His company, Neo-American Gardens specializes in creative and inspired exteriors and interiors. Through the use of landscaping and architecture, they create the ideal look and feel for your home garden. Neo-American Gardens creates visually beautiful garden spaces with an emphasis on elegant modern living. They have been designing gardens for over 11 years and have established themselves as one of San Francisco’s leading garden design companies.

Instrumental to their success is their strong passion for simple lines that complement the surrounding landscape and architecture. Frank's designs are inspired by classic english designers and their gardens; David Hicks, Gertrude Jekyll, and Capability Brown are major inspirations for his gardens.

Frank originally studied painting and the University of New Orleans. “When I realized the time and effort it takes to be a self-supporting artist I decided to try something else. It was then that I came upon gardening. I had always enjoyed nature and gardening, so it was a natural progression.” He then studied ornamental horticulture at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz. "It was an exciting time to be in Santa Cruz," says Frank. "I was inspired by the relaxed California lifestyle, mission landscape design and the coastal climate which was an ideal spawning ground for my native and drought resistant style."

Frank's inspiration is bred within five main design principles - focal point, form, balance, unity, and proportion. He know's that at the core of these principles are the owners of the garden and their lifestyle. Frank and his team maintain the appreciation and enthusiasm to create a space unique to the homeowner’s needs.
